I did read some of the book and they do have lots of good information. However, this book is not for me which is why I gave it an average rating. It was hard for me to follow the book as I'm not used to the author's writing style. There's nothing wrong how the author writes, but because I have a language based learning disability, this book is hard for me to follow as the author use too many words I don't understand. This book helps me understand that I might have Dysthymia. Besides that, I didn't find the book helpful. But don't use my review too discouraged to read this book. Your experiences may be much better than mine.
