Mozart and the Whale: An Asperger's Love Story

Mozart and the Whale: An Asperger's Love Story 2014-02-09

This is part love story, part duo biography of an autistic couple. It's very much their story, but touches on: social and marital problems, domestic abuse and PTSD, employment problems, suicide attempts, medication, and family problems without diagnosis. The book is a good deal darker and less cute than the movie, and you see how they had to really learn to relate to each other, after many failed attempts. Better for those from the boomer era, but I still really enjoyed it.
