Though this book is geared towards therapists and the language can get technical, this book is an excellent resource for learning about cognitive behavioral therapy as a person with Aspergers. The author provides case studies from all over the spectrum, gives worksheets and insight on how to cope with issues such as social skills, and also lists problems for which Aspies can be treated like the general population. It also outlines the treatment plan from assessment to termination, and so it gives a good idea of what might be expected if someone is considering therapy for Aspergers. Overall, it is an excellent resource.
