    None of us can say for certain, but what symptoms cause you to consider ASD as a possibility?

    Noise sensitive
    socially anxious
    notice every little detail and smell (smells can make me feel sick)
    find it hard to filter out noises and concentrate when people are talking to me
    Plus I feel like I am an alien sometimes and just have no idea how to behave like a normal human, so hard to describe.

    ASD sounds like a good possibility. If not, I think you probably have Sensory Processing Disorder at least. That said, I am not a psychiatrist and can not diagnose. This is just my personal opinion as someone who has read up on these conditions quite a bit.
