    One messed up this morning thanks to my father insulted. The other was full of them was the ostracized then rude customer service eating getting headaches dizzy being ostracized.

    It will be harder to manage difficult emotions without sufficient food. Try to eat something even if you aren’t hungry and definitely keep drinking water.

    Have you talked to your therapist, do you need a mood stabilizer, my neighbor takes it to deal with anxiety, she has tried a few and found one that works. She has anxiety like me, she can get upset easily.

    Everyone was cold as ice to me today, not one smile. I nearly lost it until I remembered what you wrote about getting arrested. But I did file some complaints and left a negative survey anonymous.

    Had another nuclear meltdown in a park performance. No one cared even after knocking down trash cans and threatening to jump off the pier, even walking into a car it just drove past me. People in NYC don't even care if you try to commit suicide

    Are you certain that the other people at the social anxiety meet up don't have social anxiety? Perhaps they simply have milder symptoms.

    Had a public meltdown at IHOP with my social anxiety group. They don't have social anxiety. I could not get a word in the conversation. Was constantly interrupting. Then everyone talked about their successful jobs travel.

    Since people aren't like goldfish bowls, it's not possible to
    see inside them, to know how they are feeling. Functioning
    well may be difficult for them, even though it doesn't show.
