  • So, what's your favourite Moorcock book or series? i used to go to secondhand bookshops and snap up every one of his i could find, kinda obsessed with his stuff when I was a teenager ,still am to a degree. i loved the whole multiversal chaos and order themes that run through all his work. i am rereading dancers at the end of time for about the twentieth time lol

Mainly Elric and the Eternal Champion books, I have lots of others I want to read sometime soon, also books by a fantasy/SF writer named Poul Anderson who I wanted to check out since Moorcock is a big fan. Last time I was in the Austin, TX area, I almost bought a signed copy of a Moorcock book for $20, he lives in Bastrop, which is nearby.

Also, I live not too far away from Cross Plains, which is where Robert E. Howard lived (but I've somehow never actually gone there).

Didn't want to go into it in the thread, but re: the graphic you posted...isn't it so downright offensive when people act like autism is some sort of scourge?

I wish I can have salmon salad with the rest of AC to share in the festives:

Cool! I like the Arkham City look, but the classic one is my favorite and the costume I hope to (eventually, finally) sew. :P
