Do you at least have a walker?

I have a new wheelchair since last month. But all the months spent bedbound, I lost muscle tone, endurance, etc. I got a lot more sensitive and weaker. And gained weight. I am not in a good spot, physically. My heart, lungs, everything is weaker. Not just my legs.

But do you have a walker?

yes I do. candy apple red :) It's really pretty. I'm not very ambulatory. I can only be on my feet for a few minutes at a time. But when I am up, I find that I like using crutches better, cos I stand with a straight back. leaning over the walker hurts my lower back.
