l have worked on this. l have great days and better days. But l started from bad days due to on-going trauma. But l am stronger, you can do this. Ask your therapist for tips on controlling your emotions perhaps?

that speaks volumes as to why the contributing factor why the suicide rate is male dominated, i sadly lost someone i knew to Suicide back in July and he had dealt with depression for many years
