You're probably not going to get better until you realize your problems are mostly self-inflicted. Normal, everyday things that happen to everyone seem to cause you intense distress due to your extremely negative and distorted thinking. Therapy can help, but only if you're willing to change.

Maybe get some meds to help with anxiety.

I wish I was intelligent to remember a pronoun verb adjective reading comprehension and multiplication tables.

@Mathias Tony is a very unwell man due to a genetic medical condition, probably the best outcome is it's managed.

Are you keeping up with your meds and therapy Tony?

@Tony Ramirez we can always aim to be better than we were yesterday?

Go to the ER, Tony. Do not pass start, do not collect $200, go straight to the ER. Believe it or not, a psych ward is a much kinder place than prison.

Cops don't care really when I had a meltdown right in front of them. I'm invisible.

l don't talk to men because l worry about my personal safety. You are way to hung up on getting women's attention, this isn't a good obsession for you. This obsession is killing you. You need to let go of these obsessive thoughts with women. This isn't healthy. You may need meds and therapy to help you let go of obsessive thoughts re:women as this is all you discuss.

Tony has an extreme hardcore mental illness, no question about it, mental/emotional problems beyond autism.

But other women talk to men, I see it every damn day everywhere. What's your point? Meds and therapy doesn't work.

I believe you, life's not fair.
You were making good progress with vocational and volunteer stuff last week, then a bad experience has triggered traumatic memories of exclusion, so now your doubting yourself again. It's like your whole world collapses. I know you can get up again, you've done it before, I believe in you!

Churches ignored me all three. The garden volunteers emails I sent must have gone into a black hole. Vocational services I already see as a dead end with the scripted text email back saying we will get back to you. Every Tom dick and Harry I meet has a great college experience degree and job or jobs and are getting better jobs while I can't even get volunteer work with my toilet paper resume.

From what I can see you sent those emails on Friday. What day was yesterday and the day before? It was the weekend, Tony. Probably no one was working.

too much mental/emotional breakdowns, i was doing research, they can trigger or cause seizures, from Tony's post history, i can see him welcoming that, since he has expressed suicidal thoughts. Reminds me, someone i used to be friends with in HS, he passed away last year from a seizure, due to epilepsy, he had that condition for like 20 years.
