What happened to your friend with social anxiety? I also thought you had friends here on the forum (though admittedly it's not quite the same as a friend that you can actually hang out with , but it's still better than nothing).

Good idea. Some meds just don't work. You spiraled a little bit, but then you got control of your emotions, that's what counts!
