Some people are deranged. Though I think teens doing it, is in part a lack of discipline and caring by the parents. There is alot going on today that is a product of uncaring. It's sad really.

To my knowledge it's official Walmart policy to card anyone and everyone who doesn't appear to be at least40 years of age over anything with an alcohol content.
Being ill for an extended time, I sure hated the taste of cough syrup. Yuck. Can't imagine attempting to get high on something like that.
