Can you focus your life on something else, than finding a single female friend? Some hobbies, interests, activities? It just seems that the main point of your life right now is to find single women to "befriend them", and from what I see from your threads and what you write on your profile, you don't strive for anything else.

It looks like unhealthy obsession, no wonder you feel physically sick, there is nothing which takes your edge off from that. You need to find and do some things which make you happy. It's not good for mental and physical health to focus only on bad things.
