This dosen't sound like you. Alot of us have things we hate about our life, but l can't blame others, or be hateful to them. They aren't responsible for how society treats me. Why would you mistreat others? Maybe you might have said l don't feel grateful for anything today.

Staying negative constantly dosen't change your life, it just continues. You need to find something to do- volunteer, work p/t, get outside of your critical parents, otherwise you listen all day to them constantly berating you, then you start giving yourself their crappy messages over and over.

Then don't go if you think that will trigger you. Tell your mom, no, l am not going, it's not helping me. My parents didn't berate me, they just ignored me completely. It wasn't until l left, that l found out that l was okay. But l know you can't do that right now.
