Any idea why she quit?

Understandable. You have to wonder about why someone would leave when you have such concerns of your own job over a much longer period of time.

But then my father once had to leave his job for health reasons, forced into retirement. With his former job then handled by no less than three persons. Who all quit from the stress of the job. Some employers can be blind or indifferent to creating such a toxic workplace.

From what i heard, she had an argument with my employer because she had a complaint about having to make coffee all the time.
