It's just that I thought I touched people's lives especially women but then I realized it was their husbands and boyfriends who really touched their lives, not me.

I really don't like myself. I try to like myself but with all the rejection of being ignored by most girls then all girls in college my entire life it did something to my mind to hate myself. I have trouble looking at myself in the mirror and reflecting. I can really only look at a sad picture of myself.

You have to self validate. You can't rely on others to validate your existence. That's what I was talking about earlier about having a partner just so you can feel "normal" or "accepted."
