You work towards it. When you finally achieve what you want, you appreciate it more. I lost about 15 lbs, and now l stopped seeing the heavier version of me in the mirror, but it took a long time. I do appreciate my strength and stamina that l didn't have. Everyday is a day closer to who you wish to be. The healthier version of you.

You commit to the gym, you commit to eating less, just your fist size, and you commit to a positive mind set. This is hard, l won't lie. Reward yourself for staying on track, for picking healthier choices, and remember you can pig out on popcorn, vegetables, and banana smoothies.

I have lost 13 lbs in two months thanks to my dietetician. I feel like my body is in a "losing weight" mode now, and i don't gain weight easily even when i cheat sometimes, like eating some chocolate or cake. It is very much possible to reprogram your body
