Comments are harassment. Hugs could be assault. Be clear about your boundaries. Say no and document what is happening.

If this is at work, tell your supervisor.

I’m fine with people I know and trust giving me hugs (like my friends, family, and coworkers). It’s occurring at work and my boss knows of it but we can’t kick him out of the store

@Rodafina people can be wearing anything when they are SAed.. it’s not just skimpy clothing that’s associated with it.. 100% OC the time SA victims wear normal clothing.

If he is touching you and harassing you, your boss should definitely kick him out of the store. Absolutely not okay.

Should I grab audio recording? My watch has a voice record feature. Idk if that’s allowed at work though

You shouldn’t have to! That’s messed up. Your supervisor should back you up and tell that guy absolutely no more comments or hugs or he will be kicked out of the store permanently. Grrrr…

I don’t know about the recording. I would say yes, but maybe other people here know better about if it’s okay or if there are legal issues or something.

That is assault and harassment and needs to be reported. I’m so sorry this happened, that is so awful.
And yes, you can be harassed at any time wearing anything. I’ve been harassed in Dunkin Donuts at 7 in the morning wearing pajamas and no makeup. I hate when people blame it on clothes.

Yes it is, and at any age. This is also creating a toxic work atmosphere. HR needs to answer to this Right Now!

Who are these degenerates that do this? At my lowest yet still desiring companionship, I could never act that way towards women. Of course I was still fearful of rejection, so was afraid of engaging.

The store is liable because you work there and the supervisor really shouldn't have any choice but to take it seriously if you complain about it. Things like that quickly turn into lawsuits. It's about your safety at work.
