The $75 is for this mall trip. My mom said it should be enough.

This is a concept I don't understand - going to shops purely for the purpose of spending money as a form of entertainment. I understand going to shops for the purpose of buying things, but just spending money because spending is fun is the part I don't understand.

Try taking $40. Save money; you're 19(I think) and will be wanting to live on your own someday.
If you were siblings of the same parents 'fair' would enter into it.

Did he say why he proposed the $75 limit?
