Would you describe yourself as thin, before the weight gain from the medication?

Before the weight gain from the early 2000's from the medications caused by the hearing cursing phobia. Even though taken paxil after dropping out of college in after 1998 then starting therapy and finding out I had autism started my weight gain.

But that zyperxa and effexor crap after I was in the hospital where I heard lots of profanity and freaked out there I gained over 100 pounds through the years. Then I was on resperdal which did nothing but still gained weight.

I was not really overweight. I worked out with my cousin at the gym doing what I do now the bike and treadmill in 1991 and lost a lot of weight. I kept most of it off until 1998 until I was on paxil.

Also, my constant exposure to profanity in high school made me develop the phobia around 1993-1994 that peaked in 1997-1998. Just like the face masks in 2020 where I was exposed to it the most, it peaked at the end of 2020 and started to bother me then until it became a life-threatening phobia.

That is why exposure therapy is the worst thing for me. Exposure is what caused the life-threatening phobia's to actually develop.
