To begin with, the medication for the neuropathy in my feet
made me blank out (entirely forget) what I was saying when
I was talking to someone. That effect eventually went away.

The sleepiness has decreased, too.

Therapy and exercise should be coping mechanism for meltdowns not more medication but this quack doctor does not understand that.

Only good thing about this new medication is that it causes weight loss not gain or at least that what they say.

Some of the more intense side effects might wear off after the first couple weeks. If the alternative is violence, it could be worth it to ride it out and see if it is a good combination with the therapy and yoga… Like tackling things from all sides.
