I also updated my review on my church changing it to one star saying it's a terrible place for people with autism. How only couples and married woman talk to you. I know it's going to get deleted but I had to vent and my journal is not good enough I need to vent online.

You're unravelling a little, you need to find a way to calm yourself down before you make things more difficult for yourself. You don't want to be known as the guy who breaks windows and lashes out at churches, it won't do you any good.

It's the classic autism meltdown. I think I am going to go back and stay in my room and don't go outside anymore unless necessary. It's safer that way.

I understand, don't feel bad, many people have done much worse things, it can happen to the best of us. It's just a window and a review. I just think it's important that you find a way to calm down so you don't make it more difficult for yourself.

Can you think back and identify a moment when you could have escaped before becoming violent? Are you injured?
