I think you should talk with a doctor about it. A doctor should know all about the medication and such. If you get a lot of side effects, something should be done, changing medication or something.

You should definitely not stop taking them right away. Most medications that you have mentioned taking need to be tapered down. You should certainly talk to the provider that prescribed them to you if you are wanting any change in your regimen. It’s reasonable that you would want to change, but please be sure to do it safely and under medical supervision.

I want to reduce them if I have to keep taking them because yoga been working better.
