I don't know much about Uber so I can't say much to help but I want to say that's horribly rude of them! Locking you out of 150 that's yours for no reason is very mean.

Are you using a phone number that's relatively new to you (especially if you're on a prepaid plan)?

I'm wondering if perhaps your account shared some details (e.g. name, address, or phone number) with someone who was previously banned.
