More than likely it's indifference and not hate. Hate usually requires love in the first place, or some form of attachment. On the plus side, if someone hates you, you mean more to them than they actually realize.

It takes a long time to get over the old worry of "all of Group A hate me," whatever group A happens to be. I think we tell ourselves lies out of self-preservation; it's kind of difficult really.
If you keep making friends with women you will find this has less of a leg to stand on.

When you have those thoughts, that all women hate you, think “Well Rodafina is a girl and she likes me, so my thinking cannot be true.”

It’s just your mean brain telling you that and it has been for awhile. Perhaps, it will just take some time of correcting the inner narrative.

Seems like a basic consideration of humanity. That any of us can so easily mistaken indifference for dislike. Both can feel like a kick in the teeth.
