Most teenagers are jerks. It’s the hormones. I was a jerk when I was a teenager. You probably were too. I would not take a teenager’s insults seriously.

When this happened to me in the past I think maybe it's because they think I'm around their age too. I think they probably see you conducting yourself in a mature way and think "Ooo look at the square." But they don't realise how stupid they are. It doesn't happen to me particularly any more, but it did happen regularly until 5-6 years ago. Just goes to show you've got good genes! :)

Damn it, I wish I still had the full head of hair I had when I was a teenager instead of the bald spot and receding hairline. I want nothing else from that time in my life.

Teenagers are much harsher and meaner. I don't know if l could survive high school these days. I barely got through high school due to bring kicked out of my house.

I’ve had teenagers call me a Boomer on one occasion and a Gen-X on another. Both were off.

"Boomer" seems to have become the catch all term to describe anyone older than 40! I used to be classed as Gen-X, but they shifted the dates around recently. But even then I'm only a couple of months or so off Gen-X still. I think it's all gotten a bit daft. I think if you are close to a particular generation and you identify with it, that's probably the one for you.
