Sorry that happened. Small kids can be a real annoyance and it’s a shame that whoever was watching them didn’t correct them on that behavior Because they do need to learn that this affects others.

Crazy monster kid, maybe they drank caffeine. Sometimes parents do things like that. I lived in Minnesota, and these two boys on my block l think were given drugs because they were so strange.
