This is something I do often! I've probably got half a dozen super glue tubes I don't know where! Easily done, I think they might be semi invisible. Don't be hard on yourself. :) Take a break and try not dwell on it and often the darned thing reappears after a few minutes!

Nobody's a failure for losing the super glue; that stuff isn't easy to keep up with.
