Take care. I hope it is something simple. I had that cluster of symptoms with a UTI. Ended up in the hospital for a few days.

They couldn’t find anything. They just sent me home and told me to take Tylenol… I do feel a bit better though. The suggestion was that I pulled a back muscle. I’m resting now.
