Maybe I'm being too optimistic here but is it possible they weren't targeting you? Maybe they weren't consciously thinking about it when they posted it and later regret it, because sometimes that just happens too.

I love my daugther and she loves me, she talks all the time and sometimes its too much for me. So I push a "non existent" buttom on her head to "disconect" her. You are non the victim, not the agressor. Introverts just need less talk.
