I probably don't get things as fast as other people who are a lot younger than me. I am too timid, lack of social intelligence etc.

I don´t think that you get fired because of this, even when it would be true. do they know that you have or guess autism? or would that be contraproductive?

No, they don't know but they can probably tell something is abnormal about me bc of my age and lack of experience/skills. And yes, they would fire me immediately if i were to disclose any disability/disorder

I heard that there is/was a so called "hire and fire" mentality in america. that it´s very easy to fire people. here in germany people are often disgusted out (bullying), so that they go "on their own", because it´s not that easy to fire persons usually. when you go to authorities, than it´s no problem to say that you have autism and a disability. they have to respect it (because of the law).

so you get 5 additional vacation days for example. and in companys... don´t know. maybe it depends on the company and profession.

I work in a small office, and people can get fired over the littlest things here apparently. Anyway i am sorry for the rant i am Just pushing myself too hard.
