I think this has to do with the upper-class neighborhood I'm currently stuck in until I wrap up college (huzzah for my old friend, Poverty) and it is just amusing some of the crap that folks ask me about: "why you walking?" "you went there on a bicycle?" "don't you know it might rain?"

Humans are capable of plenty. I got asked "do you need a lift" when I was literally 4 blocks from home, by someone who definitely knows where home is for me. Laziness is like a social hallmark for these folks.
