The sleep is a killer if you don't have enough. Have you ever slept well for any parts of your life?

Sending hugs (with imaginary octopus)

I don’t think I had sleep issues until I had trauma issues :(
I’ve tried most of the things that people here have suggested to me but I think I will really have to look into EMDR as a last resort. I don’t like the idea of it but I don’t think I have much of a choice. Will bring it up to my therapist in a few hours.

Octopus hugs for you too!

A friend of mine who is a trauma counsellor and had a horrific things happen to her as a kid swears by EMDR for her. It would be great if that would work for you too!

More octopus hugs.

Have a few Dog V4 ear snuffles, they'll make you smile!

When I was a kid, a friend had a boxer who used to throw me over with her enthusiastic greeting, then stand on my chest and lick out my ears! Eeeeeee!

She must have loved the taste of earwax. My friend used to go helpless with laughter! :)
