Who forgot about you? Your family? If your tongue is burning, you should probably try drinking something that isn't acidic. And try to stay hydrated and get some sleep. Feel better!

Both family and friends. I tend to burn my tongue while eating hot foods and I unintentionally bite it quite often.

It's hard for you to stop and assess the temperature of food? And it sounds like you're chewing too fast. Do you have any malocclusion?

@tree It’s not so much it’s hard for me to do so. I am just careless. It’s after the fact I feel the pain that I realize what I am doing wrong.
