God i wish i could pull being emotionless off. I am always a nervous wreck on the phone. I would really like a hug rn.

Everybody is different. I just approach it with calm. The underlying cause of your Nervousness, I don't now where to help.
I suppose you got overwhelmed, lost confidence, started to panic.
Do you feel they are judging you? or you are not articulate?.
I believe it's always possible to desensitize yourself anxiety. People can change, become more capable. Just don't accept that this is the way it will always be.
