Its more about what you eat that about what you dont eat. Try filling yourself with healthy food (veggies, fruits, fish ...) and you should be fine.

If you're "apple shaped" then the last fat that will be lost will be around your belly button. If you're "pear shaped" it will be around your backside and thighs.

And I have thick thighs, but skinny calves.
