Also, seeing video game characters running around and this Aloe thing which seems like a tulpa of some sort may be clues that you're using D8 to escape, but it's doing more harm than good.

Aloe is a comfort character my therapist helped me create. I don't use D8 unless I'm having a really, really bad day. Also, this "tulpa" I have created? I am able to understand that it is not a real thing. I am fully aware Aloe is a character I made and is not part of reality.

By the way...YOU'RE RIGHT!!! I am using d8 to escape! But every time I enjoy myself with it, Maddog keeps calling me downstairs for things he can do himself. Then when I get BACK UPSTAIRS, he calls me AGAIN and gives me something to clean, or vacuum or do something that's already done! Then he makes me stay downstairs until he passes out on the couch.
