If someone can teach me to sing, that would be a miracle. I may be good at playing lots of instruments but the last time I tried to sing, I think a piece of my soul left me. Lol

When you sing sing from the bottom of your diaphragm let go and look up warming up your voice to help with tension

Thanks @Streetwise :) I would love to learn different singing techniques. I have a soprano voice that would probably be suitable for a lot of Eastern European and Nordic traditional music if I can learn to sing properly.

@crewlucaa_ its how I learned but my lungs are damaged so I can't sing for long,I'm contralto can't really sing soprano

Its partly from years of an allergy to grass pollen and some antibiotics ,plus asthma, then panic disorder -17 years and a staphylococcus aureus ,non drug resistant infection(lost 5 stones in 6 weeks, everything shrinks and I mean everything, brain, heart ,lungs, all organs )had a similar effect to MRSA

Treatment is sort of old fashioned inhaled steroids, causes a fungal infection ,they put the onus on me gargle with salt, never enquire if they could help any! way that's the NHS get rid of you
