Screens off an hour before bed. Read a book, draw. Also need to try and restructure thoughts - especially assumptions. The word insomnia is a loaded one - and what are the emotions behind it? Probably stress, fear, worry etc. Do you have insomnia - or does insomnia have you?

Thanks Ed. It’s from PTSD. Nightmares make me afraid to/unable to go to sleep. And yes, stress, worry, fear :(
My insomnia has me at the moment, it seems :/
But I will try doing some sketching and coloring for a bit and maybe read a couple of chapters of one of my books, and I’ll see if that helps.
