I do indeed. Did your relatives eat Cajun food to get rid of it? Tex-Mex food has helped me cough it out.

Good thing I like hot foods. Ate some blueberry waffles yesterday and that dislodged a lot of “crud”.

How is your food heat as well as spice level tolerance?

I am allergic to Nightshade, so that lets out all the fun peppers (jalapeno, cayenne, even paprika and bell peppers.) I can use black pepper because that's a different plant. Also ginger. Horseradish.
