  • University lectures started this week. I felt overwhelmed and didn't want to go back. I used to be fine with going to lectures.

    Talk to disability services and also your teacher about this. Is the seating like a classroom, or is it arena-style?

    Maybe a chair in the corner, near the door, to alleviate some of that fight or flight?

    Or maybe a seat right by the teacher's desk, so you can't see the other students, and are very close to the board?

    When i enrolled i had informed the leader of the programm that i have ASD and ADHD and how can they help me, but they don't have disability services in less words. The previous week I changed the study program to long distance and i don't need to go to the lectures. I will do the current semester online ,so i am happy with this result :D .
