It's easy to get to via Roseville Road. It probably has several hundred people by now, in derelict RV's, old cars, and various types of tents both manufactured and makeshift.

People steal cars, strip them there, then abandon the frames to rot while the parts are sold. Some cars apparently still run and are used as personal transport by a lucky few who were once well off.
