How did the interview go? Is the job very different from what you did before?

It seems very busy (over 100 cases per person!) and there is a lot of responsibility, i will have to deal with certain clients all by myself it seems. They asked me when i can start and i told them to give me some time lol

The good part is that they obviously consider you qualified and competent.

The downside is that you're not sure you're up to it and how stressful this is going to be.

Do you get a trial period for both you and the employer to figure out if you're a good match? Are any of the conditions negotiable? Will you get someone (or can you ask for) to show you the ropes and guide you for the first couple of months or so?
