Seriously, with that skill I would instantly become one of, if not the most important person on earth from an Environmental standpoint. So not bizarre so far. What I would do with that skill is another story. ;)

LOL! You are a visionary Tom! Perhaps you should write the story of what you'd do with that skill- it'd probly make a good movie :D

Communication with birds, they fascinate me. Insects, imagine telling mosquitoes to not bite you. Or telling dung beetles where the poo is on your lawn.

Birds are wonderful. One of the type creatures I interact with most and attempt rescues with regularly. But insects are more critical to the the ecosystem. Einstein said if bees dies out, humans will be extinct within 2 years.

If you ever get that ability please tell the insects to stay out of my house. Personally I'd like to be able to communicate with animals, or at least my dog. Talking to her would sure help my loneliness.

Your dog is talking to you in her own language. It doesn't replace human conversation I know. When I need that I go on a limb and reach out. No guarentee of success but it does work once in a while.

Good point Tom.

Well Butters, I've contacted the Beetle consortium and no problems there. But Flying insects each have their own independent governing bodies and the flies never answer emails. ;)
