Though I can't get my mind to quiet ever. What tea do you use because Chamomie or sleeptime doesnt work for me. I've tried Yoga not very effective for me because my mind is crazy :/

I find watching gentle/slow nature programs as part of my night time routine helps my mind to wind down for sleep.

Make my own from herbs and plants that I buy at health food stores. Some I pick and dry as I can identify them. St. John's Wort, chamomile, calendula, cloudberry, catnip, devil's claw, most of which seem to have a soothing effect to help sleep.

Pop = carbonated beverage, 'soda,' Coca Cola/Mt.Dew/Pepsi....stuff like that.
