  • Does anyone hate this disorder? And have so much anger inside? Too me there really isn't anything rewarding about it

Sometimes I hate it and yes I do have anger inside. The anger usually comes about when my differences are pointed out in a cruel way by others. When you find more about what makes you different and better, things will improve for you.

I think everyone on the spectrum understand what is our "limitation" and some of us just learn to cope with it. I don't need meds (for ASD) but it doesn't mean I'm good. Sometimes I just feel sick of being labeled "high-functioning" when inside I'm not.

There isn't anything intrinsically rewarding about being ASD. Society sure reminds us of that. But then, Franz Fanon reminded us a long time ago, that black men had little intrinsic value to white colonialists. We have to find our own value and hold on to that. And it is HARD.

It more likely is because if your exhausted throughout the day and have energy in evening and at night like me then that's a huge sign. We should look at ways to fix this because I know our bodies are off balance. Lacking the right vitamins and so forth.
What do you use for extreme anxety and sleep problems that are really effective ? I'd really appreciate the responses.

When you really need to sleep, two aspirin sometimes help. I take no meds so any pills I might use completely knock me out. They seem to turn off the hundreds of thoughts circling around. If you use them all the time tho they seem to stop working.

When I can't sleep whilst laying down, I say the Lord's Prayer a few times and that knocks me out.
    Natural: a joint
    For chemicals: lorazepam
