  • Hiya tree :) In posts, I've seen you mention something about the 'stories a person is telling themselves'. It's not an idea I am familiar with, but it sounds interesting and I wondered if you could shed some light on what it is all about?

My difficulty would be picking one story, as I would have imagined twenty various scenarios related to the razor. Then I would be exhausted thinking about them.

Does that happen to you in real life? Because the razor, for instance, is a hypothetical circumstance. In reality, just now, you chose to go with the idea that listening to what you are thinking 'would be' exhausting. "Would be" is conditional tense and not present tense. Considering many hypothetical circumstances, would, indeed, be tiring/time consuming. Over whelming...

Yes it does, related to things I know quite a bit about. It becomes a situation in which I consider things from every angle, when I do so with small sketches, I do hundreds of them. And then narrow down the ideas. It's difficult to narrow down and choose what's best.
Here's a thought. Maybe I should just quit doing this.

Maybe you don't have to do the same things that you usually do.

Last night I had 2 dreams. First was a number of emails to me about an earthquake. 2nd was me hiking around in a dark huge wooded area...

I can't keep diaries now - my ex used to search my stuff and go thru and write comments in them :/

She doesn't live with you physically now though. But apparently she stays in your head...

How true and well put. It seems to be taking some significant brain surgery to remove her these last few years, but excise that demon I will! Thank you Tree :)

I like Onision's videos on Self Harm/Cutting etc. very much. I am not posting a link to any of them. aka UhOhBro

They are humor/satire/serious. He has made a huge number of videos. I like how he gets points across. 'Triggers' made me laugh. Paraphrase....So you clicked on a video titled "Cutting" & then were all "OMG....I didn't know it was going to be about Cutting. That's a trigger for me.....Now I have to cut myself and post photos on my facebook & tumblr & it's your fault. I'm just a helpless victim.." end Paraphrase.
Loki is I think actually supposed to be half God or or something and yes I know I can't spell to save my life ... but I have other other redeeming qualities that make up for it :)

beautiful , and sadly true. I was awe struck by a cloud formation in the late afternoon last week and was trying ridiculously hard to get other people to notice it only to be greeted by patronising responses of "oh yes, very pretty" the view was truly a once in a lifetime moment that if in a gallery would have had people lining up around the block to admire, but as it was right in front of everyone no cared.

Hi tree, hope you are well. :)

Power is back 2 days ahead of schedule & none of the trees fell on the house. There are uprooted, broken, and propped up trees. One clump near the house is uprooted & propped & that needs attention.

Oh, wow, we used to call those "widow-makers". Power was off here briefly this morning. We're in for summer storms for a few days (3). You got a chain saw?

Several. Am not sure whether to have tree people in or not. After the storm, I heard....crrrrrrraaaack. 1 of the Chinese elms had broken in 2, took up 1/2 the road. Co. truck w/6 ft tall plow came along later, mangling it, shoving it onto my property.

Electronic documentation is reassuring, up to a point. (another deeply revealing outburst from tree. )
