    Hello everyone !

    Yes its shocking i am being ignored, but i cant try to be diagnosed elsewhere,its all about your postcode,therefore i cant goto say Edinburgh or Aberdeen. I would need to move to these areas,but with not guaranteed to be diagnosed there either.

    Thanks Divrom will check this stuff out tonight after i get some dinner. I just downloaded some audio stuff called Guided Mindfulness Meditation by Jon Kabat-Zinn also so i have plenty to focus on, which in turn will stop me thinking of my problems. I feel better already lol

    Constantly over thinking !

    Anyone use any alternative medicines that would help with my constant overthinking ? I have been giving anti depressants,anxiexty type pills in the past by a GP,but stopped taking them because of horrendous side affects. I just wish my brain would shut the hell up and leave me alone for a wee...

    I live in Glasgow and their isn't anywhere I can get the diagnosis on the NHS for adults in this area and I can't afford to go private. Since I started finding out about Aspergers in Nov 10 I tried tried and tried to get a diagnosis to no avail. Doctors, counsellors etc could not be less...
