    I completely freak out on the phone...

    as soon as they answer I just freeze..I dont know how to get over this..its making things very difficult for me as I cant ring to make appointments for anything..my mum does it for me and im 21 so thats pretty embarrassing..I just dont know why i cant talk on the phone and i dont know how to fix...
