    It is truly life changing when I realized its not me. I had been responding to this personality by playing it small. I feel so much more empowered now that I can identify in a social situation and not take my reaction of playing small as something is wrong with me.

    I love the info she shares. I am going to check out DBT AND CBT therapy. I need so much help sometimes on social situations. I am at a point in my life where I have a career and am successful but need to alleviate the social suffering.

    . I do not know for sure that I am but from what I have seen on YouTube &in books I feel I am not so wrong and why I feel out of place a lot of the time. I would like to meet with other aspies so that I could feel understood. Are there in person groups for us?
