    Unconventional treatments for depression and anxiety

    Have you tried mindfulness? It's maybe not unconventional anymore as it seems pretty widely accepted by health professionals. Anyway I've recently started to try it so can't really comment on it's effectiveness but at least it's free and something you can do in your own home.

    Do Aspies Have A Sense of Humor?

    I think so. There's plenty of things I find funny. However I hate it when people tell me jokes - especially strangers. I feel like I'm obligated to find it funny which kind of takes the fun out of it.
